POLAND Work on the Fabryka PZO residential development in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district is to start before the end of the year.
The project, which is to be developed in the pre-war lens and optical equipment production complex at ul. Grochowoska 316/320 in the Kamionek sub-district, will comprise 121 apartments and more than 12,000 sqm of office and service space.
The first few apartments have already been reserved, at prices starting at PLN 8,500 per sqm. The residential section is scheduled for completion in Q2 2021. A building permit application is currently being prepared.
