POLAND Media Expert has leased a unit comprising 527 sqm of warehouse space and an 86 sqm office from Waimea Holding in the MMP Bydgoszcz centre and will move in in February 2020.
An 11,000 sqm warehouse building 10m in height will be ready by the end of the year with 19 modules The tenant was represented by Cresa Polska in the transaction. “Waimea Holding has shown a lot of flexibility in its negotiations and even changed the design just before starting the project,” say Jakub Dudkiewicz, an advisor at Cresa Polska.
