Murapol believes in Poznań

POLAND Murapol has signed a preliminary contract to purchase ​​more than 2.5 ha in Poznań's Nowe Miasto district, where it intends to build a residential estate of over 600 units.

Three buildings will have a combined useable area of around 28,000 sqm and the apartments are to come equipped with a Home Management System and smog filters. The Murapol Appartme smart home system is also to be offered as an option. The deal is to be finalised by the end of March 2021. “Poznań is a city which saw a residential boom in Q1 of this year, and analysts are predicting more sales with a larger range of apartments on offer,” says Nikodem Iskra the CEO of Murapol.

Commercial real estate financing increased by 15 pct
