POLAND Gdańsk Lech Walesa Airport has appointed Korporacja Budowlana Doraco to extend passenger terminal T2 in a contract worth over PLN 255 mln net.
A new pier is to be built at a cost of more than PLN 255 mln net which is mainly to serve departures to non-Schengen countries. The security and passport control zone will also be expanded, as well as the baggage claim area. Two new bus loading areas and four external staircases were also designed to give passenger access to the aircraft. “After building the pier, our port will increase in size by almost 16,000 sqm, so passengers will be able to travel in even more comfort,” insists
