Echo recruits Aurelia for home sales

The Aurelia chatbot, which utilises artificial intelligence, is available on Facebook Messenger and on the websites of selected projects – such as Stacja Wola in Warsaw, Fuzja in Łódź, the KRK residential estate in Kraków, Station 3.0 in Wrocław and Nasze Jeżyce in Poznań. It will eventually be available on the websites of all Echo Investment’s residential projects. Aurelia has access to the full database of apartments on offer and, based on criteria given by the prospective buyers, is able to search for homes that meet their expectations within seconds. Users can, for example, specify their budget limit, the space they need, the number of rooms, floors or which direction their apartments should face.
“Thanks to the integration of artificial intelligence technology with the developer's IT systems, we have created a solution that is effective and impressive at the same time. Our ambition was to develop a chatbot capable of conducting a natural and pleasant, yet professional conversation. Aurelia offers convenient and quick access to information about Echo Investment’s residential offer within Facebook Messenger – one of the most popular instant messengers in Poland,” comments Maciej Maliszewski of K2Bots.AI, the company responsible for implementation of the chatbot.
Echo Investment two years ago was the first developer on the Polish market to introduce mobile home handovers, through which homes can be transferred to buyers remotely, using Samsung tablets, saving both time and paper. The company has also started online meetings with advisors, during which virtual reality layouts of projects and their immediate neighbourhoods are presented. Since the end of March the reservation process has also been digitalised with the cooperation with Asseco, so that agreements can be signed without clients needing to leave their homes. Soon clients will be able to monitor the ongoing progress on Echo Investment's construction sites in real time, during a video conversation with an advisor or via the Echo Mieszkania fanpage on Facebook.
