POLAND Echo Investment has launched a virtual customer assistant, Aurelia, for residential consultations.
The Aurelia chatbot, which utilises artificial intelligence, is available on Facebook Messenger and on the websites of selected projects – such as Stacja Wola in Warsaw, Fuzja in Łódź, the KRK residential estate in Kraków, Station 3.0 in Wrocław and Nasze Jeżyce in Poznań. It will eventually be available on the websites of all Echo Investment’s residential projects.
