Colliers installs Office App in Poland

Technology
POLAND Colliers International is to introduce the Dutch smart office system Office App to the office buildings it manages in Poland.

Office App was originally developed in 2014, since when it has been implemented in many buildings in the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland and Germany. It was evaluated by Colliers in an analysis of the global proptech market as one of the most advanced platforms for comprehensive office management. In partnership with Colliers, Office App will now also be available in Poland, initially in Warsaw.

The application for building users features almost 70 functions, including mobile access to the office, space navigation, smart parking, guest registration, communication between users, access to services with in-app payments and room booking.

“Such tools are becoming even more important as we face the Covid-19 pandemic. Companies have to follow strict procedures to ensure that their premises are safe for employees and to enable business to continue. The Office App makes it much easier for them – it allows them to manage the office, for example, by blocking individual workstations or excluding areas of increased risk, to control external access through the remote check-in function, and to communicate new rules and guidelines for safe work to the employees," explains Renata Hartle, the flex office strategy and technological solutions manager at Colliers International in Poland.
