Colliers installs Office App in Poland

POLAND Colliers International is to introduce the Dutch smart office system Office App to the office buildings it manages in Poland.
Office App was originally developed in 2014, since when it has been implemented in many buildings in the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland and Germany. It was evaluated by Colliers in an analysis of the global proptech market as one of the most advanced platforms for comprehensive office management. In partnership with Colliers, Office App will now also be available in Poland, initially in Warsaw.
