EUROPE Neinver ceritifies centres against Covid-19

Retail & leisure
EUROPE Neinver has reached an agreement with international inspection, verification, testing and certification company SGS to validate its safety protocols for minimising the spread of Covid-19 in the retail centres it operates in Germany, Spain, Italy and Poland.

The company has already obtained certification for its Covid-19 protocols in its French outlet centre, Roppenheim The Style Outlets. The protocols were validated by inspection and certification entity Socotec, and besides confirming the application of healthy practices, this reinforces the centre’s commitment to creating a safe space for visitors, tenants, suppliers and employees.

Neinver has also worked collectively across the group, adopting the best practices in the first centres it reopened. It has also provided support to tenants, so that their shops can comply with all the guidelines laid down by the authorities.

The measures include: hygiene stations throughout the centre; larger cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure hygiene and the disinfection of all areas, especially the busiest zones; improved cleaning procedures for the ventilation systems;  monitoring teams to improve the monitoring of each centre and ensure safety compliance; the reinforcement of instructions to visitors, with special emphasis on compliance with social distancing; and limiting or adapting some services to meet safety requirements.
