POLAND Accolade to invest EUR 47 mln in Gorzów

Warehouse & industrial
Accolade has been revealed to be the investor behind the Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski, which is currently being developed by Panattoni in western Poland.

The EUR 47 mln project comprises two buildings with 71,000 sqm in total, to be completed in four stages. The construction of the first, 19,000 sqm stage started in February and should be completed in July. Its tenants will include plastic packaging manufacturer Logoplaste and logistics company Omnipack (6,500 sqm).

Gorzów Wielkopolski, a city of 120,000 inhabitants, is conveniently located from the point of view of the logistics industry and warehouse and production business. While its ability to serve the modern industrial market is confirmed by the large investments of companies such as VW, TPV and Faurecia, so far no large, class A, multi-lease parks have existed there. The proximity of the Polish-German border, its location just off the S3 expressway and the considerable employee potential locally, from the very beginning spoke in favour of this investment. The developed urban infrastructure and friendliness of the city are attractive to qualified staff and entrepreneurs. We are convinced that we will soon acquire more tenants and invest in the implementation of future stages of the project.
Michał Białas, country head of Accolade Poland

Accolade now manages 27 industrial parks in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia with a combined 1.1 mln sqm.
