HelloParks, Futureal Group’s new industrial and logistics development wing, has acquired its first plot in Fót on Budapest’s northern outskirts for a speculative warehousing park development.
The 76 ha site, just off the junction of the M0 and M3 motorways, will see the construction of a 45,000 sqm warehouse building in the first phase of the development of HelloParks Fót. This should be completed in Q3 2021. A total of 330,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space could eventually be built on the site.
