Poland Echo takes on Blue Bolt

Technology
Echo Investment is to introduce the Blue Bolt app, created by Polish software developer NTT, to all its new residential projects.

The app allows residents to open gates and doors remotely from their smartphones allowing them to move around the estate without the need to touch anything. The app is already used on the Reset II development in Warsaw and it is being installed in the Stacja 3.0 project in Wroclaw, which is currently being completed.

We have decided to introduce the Blue Bolt app to every one of our new developments and projects that we complete from 2021 onwards. The app's basic function is to reduce the need to touch things in common areas, such as halls, corridors, elevators and staircases
Dawid Wrona, residential sales director at Echo Investment
