Poland/Hungary New Work goes digital

Technology
Flex office operator has launched an app that allows its clients to make bookings, order additional services and also acts as a communication platform.

The digitization of the office is the future and is it now becoming reality, with changes now happening faster than ever. So far, technology has mainly been focused on facility management. Now, due to the challenges of Covid-19, completely new needs have arisen in regard to communicating with tenants. In response to the current situation, we have provided an app to our clients. At the same time, we are preparing to launch further digital tools. We want New Work to be a synonym for flexible solutions, not only in terms of the space we offer but also in terms of access and office management.

Hubert Abt, founder and CEO of New Work.

The app gives clients access to the full range of services and allows tenants to report problems to the service team. The app also gives customers access to the company's Q&A page related to the Covid 19 procedures.

The New Work Offices App is available is being rolled out in selected locations in Poland (Warsaw: Wola Retro, Kaleńska, Neopark, Gdańsk: Neon) and in Hungary (A100 and BJ48).
