Warsaw, Central Poland, Poznań, Tricity, Upper Silesia, and Lower Silesia collectively account for more than 80 pct of the nation’s industrial stock, or more than 30 mln sqm.

Rohde & Schwarz Topex has renewed and expanded its lease in myhive IRIDE in Bucharest, owned by CPI Romania, where the tenant's centre of competence for Voice Communication Systems is based.Under the agreement brokered by real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the international associate of Savills in Romania, the tenant has renewed its 8,000 sqm in the building and leased a further 2,000 sqm.
