JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament on August 6th
On 6 August, the 15th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament for the Real Estate Industry will take place at Warsaw's Monta Beach Volley Club. Eurobuild CEE is the event's media partner. This year, all funds raised will go towards supporting the Ronald McDonald House at the Children's Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw.
Prague modern office stock just under 4 mln sqm
Prague Research Forum has announced the office market figures for the second quarter of 2026. The members of the Prague Research Forum – CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, iO Partners, Knight Frank and Savills – share non-sensitive information with the intention of providing consistent, accurate and transparent data about the Prague office market.
7R Park Warsaw South III to arise in Sękocin
7R is launching the development of 7R Park Warsaw South III, a modern warehouse park in Sękocin near Warsaw. The project will comprise two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 47,000 sqm. Construction works are scheduled to begin in early August 2026. Already, online tennis equipment retailer Strefa Tenisa has signed a lease for 3,500 sqm.
