Clémence Munier

Clémence Munier has joined Exotec in the newly created role of global vice president, grocery. She will lead the development of the company’s strategy for the grocery retail sector across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Munier brings more than 10 years of experience in grocery retail and e-commerce logistics automation. At Ocado Group, she served as vice president of new business acquisition, leading the development of the global partner network for the Ocado Smart Platform, which is used by 15 retail chains worldwide. Previously, she worked at Amazon UK, where she was responsible for commercial strategy and supplier relationships in the grocery category.

Her appointment is intended to strengthen Exotec’s development of automation solutions for grocery retailers facing rising labour costs, pressure to improve operational efficiency and increasing complexity in omnichannel order fulfilment. The company develops modular automation systems that can be expanded as customers’ operational requirements evolve.

Exotec works with grocery retailers including E.Leclerc and Carrefour. Its robotic solutions are used by more than 75 brands across over 200 sites worldwide.
