Oded Rahamim

Oded Rahamim will become a member of the management board and chief financial officer of GTC Group on 1 December 2026. He is returning to the company after a two-year absence, having previously spent three years overseeing GTC’s finances in Poland and temporarily serving as group CFO.

Rahamim has more than 15 years of international experience in financial management, primarily in the real estate and entertainment sectors. Between 2011 and 2020, he held various finance positions at Cineworld Group, working in Sofia, London and Warsaw. At GTC, where he worked from 2021 to 2024, he was responsible for financing and refinancing, budgeting, liquidity management and financial reporting.

Since 2025, he has served as CFO, deputy CEO and management board member at Polish residential developer Sivanet.

Meanwhile, GTC’s supervisory board has accepted the resignation of Jacek Bagiński as management board member and group CFO.
