Bert Hesselink

Bert Hesselink has been appointed customer relationship management logisticslLead, strengthening occupier relationships across its European logistics portfolio. He will work closely with local asset management, leasing and operating teams to help occupiers find real estate solutions that meet their operational needs and support business growth.

Bert joins from CTP, where he held senior client relationship responsibilities, working with occupiers across Europe on supply chain, manufacturing and distribution requirements. He brings more than 20 years of international real estate experience, with a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships with occupiers.

In his new role, he will help identify opportunities across markets, anticipate occupier needs and support businesses as they expand, consolidate or optimise their property portfolios. He will also connect clients with CBRE IM’s expertise across the logistics, retail and office sectors.
