Krzysztof Godleś

Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Krzysztof Godleś as project manager for City Point Targówek, a major urban logistics development in Warsaw. He will oversee project planning, design, permitting, construction and contractor coordination.

Godleś brings nearly 30 years of experience in development and construction management across the logistics, retail and residential sectors. Previously, he held management positions at 6B47 Poland, Home Developer and ORCO Property Group, where he oversaw projects including Warsaw’s Złota 44. At Tesco Polska, he was involved in the development of more than 60 retail properties and two distribution centres. He began his career at Gleeds Polska, specialising in project management and cost control.

His expertise also includes sustainable construction, LEED and BREEAM certification, EU Taxonomy compliance and ESG requirements. Godleś graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, specialising in steel structures.

City Point Targówek, developed jointly by Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group, will ultimately offer approximately 100,000 sqm of warehouse, production and service space.
