Daniel Sworek

Agrobex has appointed Daniel Sworek to the board of Agrobex Budowa, its general contracting business. He has been with the Group since 2011 and currently oversees all its construction sites, bringing experience spanning site engineering, construction management and project delivery.

Sworek began his career at Agrobex as a site engineer before moving into roles involving the supervision of construction works, investment projects and construction teams. His progression through the organisation has given him practical experience of project execution at different levels, from technical decisions on individual sites to coordinating the Group’s overall construction capacity.

In his current role, he focuses on coordinating construction operations, maintaining technical quality, controlling costs and ensuring timely project delivery. His appointment strengthens the management team responsible for Agrobex’s contracting activities as the Group continues to pursue projects across residential development, public infrastructure, heritage renovation and the defence sector.
