Piotr Rusinek

Piotr Rusinek has been appointed a sa partner and head of technical advisory in Poland. In his new role, he will lead technical advisory within the project & development services (PDS) department, with responsibilities including investment risk assessment, cost management and property refurbishment consultancy.

Piotr has more than 40 years of professional experience in the UK, Poland and the CEE region. From 2019 to 2026, he headed project and development consultancy for Poland and CEE at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Prior to this, he spent almost 20 years at Arcadis.

In his new role, he will support clients with pre-acquisition technical due diligence, refurbishment feasibility studies, budgeting and project monitoring. His experience will also strengthen cooperation between PDS and the capital markets team, ensuring that the technical condition of properties and future capital expenditure are more fully reflected in asset valuations and transaction negotiations.

Piotr is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth and holds an MRICS designation.
