André Kerremans

André Kerremans has been appointed as business development director. He will handle cross-border mandates and build relationships with senior executives at logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing and 3PL companies operating across the region.

He will also work with the group’s teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Adriatic region, helping to coordinate their work and share experience between the different markets.

Kerremans has 30 years of experience in industrial real estate, with most of his career spent in CEE. He has held senior management and board positions at companies including ILD, IIG and Van Moer Logistics. He spent more than 13 years at Belgian developer ILD, where he was responsible for growing its logistics portfolio, including in CEE. He also led negotiations with tenants and later worked on the sale of assets to institutional investors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in information and communication technology from Ghent and a master’s degree in logistics management.
