POLAND MLP Business Park Poznań lease signed for 12,000 sqm

Warehouse & industrial
MLP Group has begun a project to revitalise the first mid-urban business park in Poznań, with the largest of the seven facilities to be renovated having been leased by a household appliances and consumer electronics distributor.

MLP Business Park Poznań currently comprises class B warehouse and office facilities with a total leasable area of 30,000 sqm. In Q4 of last year, the developer began renovating the first of the seven facilities, which will consist of six modules with a combined area of 12,000 sqm and has now been leased by the household appliances and consumer electronics distributor. The work is scheduled for completion in Q4 2021. Renovation work on the other six buildings, with a combined usable area of 18,000 sqm, is also due to begin this year.

We are delighted that our new business location has attracted the home appliances and electronics distributor as its first tenant. For us this is the best recommendation, confirming that our project is an attractive opportunity to prospective tenants. The long-term lease secured for 40 pct of the currently available space in the park will afford us great comfort in planning further investments to enhance the standard of the existing buildings and renovate the infrastructure. Our strategy is for the urban project in Poznań to be a ‘hybrid’ complex, offering tenants a single big box facility with an area of 12,000 sqm, six buildings comprising small business unit style warehouse space in modules ranging from 250 sqm to 1,500 sqm, adding up to a total of 12,000 sqm, and modern office space fitted out in an industrial style available in modules ranging from 100 sqm to 1,500 sqm, adding up to a total of 6,000 sqm.
Karol Kondrat, the leasing manager of MLP Group

The park is situated on ul. Wółczyńska, close to the A2 motorway and S11 expressway.
