POLAND Techland happy in Gdański Business Center

Polish video games developer Techland has decided to extend its 900 sqm office space lease agreement in the Gdański Business Center complex in Warsaw.

Techland produces games for all leading platforms, including PC, Sony PlayStation and Xbox One. It was founded in Poland in 1991 and now employs more than 400 people in three offices in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Warsaw and Wrocław. Techland is best known for Dead Island, the Call of Juarez and the Dying Light series. Axi Immo advised the tenant on its lease.

Gdański Business Center, which comprises more than 100,000 sqm, is owned by Savills Investment Management on behalf of a global pension fund. . Apart from office space, it also offers restaurants, cafés, beauty salons, a kindergarten, a medical clinic, a Zdrofit fitness club and a public courtyard with greenery. It is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.
