Window manufacturer Velux has renewed its lease and expanded its office area in The Park Warsaw, a development owned by White Star Real Estate.
The new agreement covers an area of more than 3,000 sqm, where Velux will base its sales team and its global shared services centre. JLL represented the tenant during the renegotiations.
The Park Warsaw serves as the headquarters for our sales company and our international shared services centre, which has been growing rapidly in recent years.
