Czech industrial developer CTP is building a 60,000 sqm unit at CTPark Bor for US sector giant GXO Logistics.
The GXO facility, which should be ready in Q3 2022, will serve as an automated fulfilment centre for online pet products retailer Zooplus and will bring CTPark Bor to full capacity at 616,000 sqm gla.
The GXO development marks a further step in our longstanding relationship with this client and achieving full capacity at CTPark Bor. The exceptionally strong demand for logistics and industrial space in the western Czech region is clearly raising interest in CTP’s Aš and Cheb locat
