The One Cotroceni Park residential project under development by One United Properties in Bucharest has been granted Green Homes pre-certification from the Romania Green Building Council.
The project comprises 850 apartments on eleven floors developed on a 5,8 ha site of former industrial land. The buildings will offer a panoramic view of the Cotroceni Palace, the Botanical Garden, and the Parliament Palace and will include three underground car parks, commercial space on the ground floor, garden apartments on the second floor, and modern penthouses.
