CZECH REPUBLIC Hella says hello again to VGP Olomouc

Automotive lighting systems manufacturer Hella has leased 49,000 sqm in VGP Park Olomouc in Moravia.

VGP, the owner of the complex, has now signed two lease agreements with Hella Autotechnik Nova for space in VGP Park Olomouc: the first was signed in November 2021, for 10,000 sqm in the already completed ‘I’ hall, together with the latest contract, for 39,000 sqm in the new hall ‘F’, which Hella will be moving into in Q4 2022. Hall ‘F’ is being developed to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification.

Hella Autotechnik Nova has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1992 as a subsidiary of German group Hella. It is headquartered in Mohelnice (also in the Olomouc region) and has its IT department in the neighbouring town of Loštice.

VGP Park Olomouc is situated off the R46 expressway on the outskirts of Olomouc. It covers almost 48 ha and offers 213,800 sqm of leasable logistics and light manufacturing space.
