Panattoni will soon be able to hand over the first space in its latest warehousing park in Slovakia, Panattoni Park Bratislava North, to Ikea Components.
In the initial development phase, two halls with areas of 12,000 sqm and 6,000 sqm. Both are being constructed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. Panattoni Park Bratislava North, an investment of around CZK 1.5 bln (EUR 59 mln), is located in Plavecký Štvrtok, about 30 km north of Bratislava city centre.
