Czech-Dutch developer Fidurock has started work on an extension to Retail Park Trnava in the western Slovakian city.

The 3,800 sqm extension to the retail park, which the company has conceived as a “green project”, will bring its total leasable area up to more than 12,000 sqm. The main tenant of the extension will be a Billa supermarket, while a pharmacy and household goods store are to be among the other new tenants.

Fidurock, which was established in 2014, focuses mainly on retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and on residential real estate in Prague, Bratislava, Brno and Olomouc.
