LCube gets to work in Mszczonów

The project, which is situated on an 8 ha plot about 1 km from the Adamowice junction of the S8 expressway, will comprise 35,000 sqm of warehouse space. An environmental decision for the development is still pending, but construction work is expected to begin in late 2022 or early 2023.

LCube has also recently been issued with a building permit for its 12,000 sqm warehousing project LCube Logistic Park Szczecin Goleniów, which is to be located about 0.5 km from the S3 expressway in Goleniów, near the northwestern Polish city of Szczecin.
