Clothing retail group LPP has opened a 64,000 sqm fulfilment centre in Panattoni Park Tricity South II in Pruszcz Gdański, which will eventually provide up to 2,000 new jobs in Poland’s Pomeranian region.
The facility, which has been developed by Panattoni, is to be used for e-commerce services for the group’s customers in Poland, Germany, Ukraine, the Baltic States, Italy and Spain. It is the largest warehouse of its kind in LPP’s distribution network with a total area of 64,000 sqm and will be able to store up to 6 mln garments and accessories, and process up to 100,000 shipments per day with the same number of returns.
