Accolade came to Poland seven years ago and currently owns 26 of the country’s 45 parks, both completed and under construction, spanning nearly 1.5 mln sqm
Accolade Group entered Poland in 2015 through its project in the Załom district of Szczecin. The latest building in the complex was completed and handed over to the tenant, Autodoc Logistics, in August this year. Other tenants include international company DHL and Scandinavian brands Pierce, Cotes, Change Lingerie and Svendsen Sport. The average total office fit-out costs in Bucharest slightly increased in 2025 to EUR 1,077/sqm, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company, based on the EMEA Fit-Out Cost Guide 2026. However, Bucharest remains one of the most affordable markets in Central and Eastern Europe, with fit-out costs 18 pct and 15 pct lower than in Warsaw and Prague, respectively.
