Harden Construction has completed erection of a new warehouse at Panattoni Park Błonie III. The general contractor took seven months to complete all works, including obtaining an occupancy permit. The area of the facility is 43,400 sqm.
The new hall, almost 15 m high, consists of warehouse and office space. The complex is equipped with relaxation areas for employees, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle sheds equipped with self-service repair stations and a number of other environmentally friendly solutions. The facility has already - ahead of schedule - been handed over to the owner and the first tenant.
