Avanssur has renewed its lease in Warsaw Trade Tower. The tenant occupies almost 900 sqm in the building, which belongs to the Globalworth portfolio.

Avanssur is a subsidiary of Direct Assurance, which is part of the international Axa Group.

What decided on us staying longer in Warsaw Tower was above all such factors as the location, the modernised standard of the building and the positive experience of our organisation and our staff of having worked for many years from right here.

Warsaw Trade Tower on ul. Chłodna in central Warsaw is 208 m in height and comprises 42 storeys with 46,800 sqm of leasable space. The building came into use in 1999 and was added to the portfolio of Globalworth in 2009. It has been awarded with BREEAM certificate with a rating of Excellent. The property includes, among others, canteen, fitness club, cafe and retail units. Tenants also have extensive infrastructure for cyclists at their disposal.

Romania FDI stock increase in construction and real estate

According to data from the National Bank of Romania analyzed by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the real estate and construction sector became the second largest recipient of foreign capital in Romania, after industry. The sector attracted approx. EUR 2.2 bln of foreign direct investments in 2023, as the share of this economic activity in the overall FDI stock stood at 17.5 pct at the end of 2023.
