Maracana, a company specialising in transport, warehousing, logistics and distribution services, has renewed its lease contract for 5,000 sqm at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park.
Initially, Maracana moved into the facility near Bucharest three years ago. A year later, the company signed another contract to expand its leased space by 5,000 sqm. Consequently, the company now occupies a total of 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was assisted in the transaction by iO Partners.
