Poland PepsiCo stays in Mszczonów

Logicor has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for almost 58,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Logicor Mszczonów park. This is PepsiCo's largest distribution centre in Poland.
The agreement means that Mszczonów will remain the main operational base of PepsiCo, a producer and seller of soft drinks and food products. The logistics and warehousing processes previously carried out by the company at several other locations in Central Poland have been consolidated here. Pekabex Bet, part of the Pekabex Group, has been appointed by Nord Capital as the general contractor for the expansion of the Fish and Seafood Distribution and Processing Centre in Rekowo Górne. The contract value corresponds to 2 pct of the Pekabex Group's revenue in 2025.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Complex in the heart of Bucharest has been refinanced with a EUR 123 mln loan. The hotel complex is owned by Revetas Capital together with funds and accounts managed by Cerberus Capital Management. The facility was underwritten by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) with whom Revetas has a long-standing relationship.
