Occupancy permits have been granted for two of the three buildings under construction in the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna, 23 km southeast of central Warsaw.
The entire complex, which is being developed by Real Management, is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. It will ultimately comprise three buildings with a total warehouse area of 30,000 sqm. At the end of July 2024, halls 1 and 4 were completed in the first stage of the project. Hall 1 has been leased by Polish cosmetics manufacturer Dr Irena Eris and has already come into use.
