Renegotiating our contract with HCLTech for another five years confirms that at O3 Business Campus we understand the needs of our business partners. One of our shared priorities with HCLTech is sustainability. The complex is BREEAM In-Use certified at Excellent level and also meets WELL Health-Safety rating standards, and 100 pct of its energy comes from renewable sources.
Maciej Sałata, senior leasing manager at EPP
HCLTech's representatives emphasise that O3 Business Campus is more than just office space for the company.
Together with the representatives of the complex, we jointly support local communities, including employees. There is a lot going on in the complex, health or active leisure activities are organised, which positively influence the work culture and employee engagement. Together with the manager and other tenants, we also help outside the complex by participating in quarterly blood collections or DKMS days. We value this approach and are happy to be part of this living structure.
Aneta Dziedzic, PMO & CSR Lead & DEI Champion at HCLTech
In the renegotiation of the lease terms, HCLTech was represented by the consulting firm Colliers.
Kraków invariably maintains its position as the largest regional office market in Poland. Tenants looking for the best solution for their organisation in terms of office lease here have a variety of options to choose from. One of them is renegotiation of contracts, which in the first half of this year accounted for 50 pct of the demand for modern office space in Kraków.
Anna Galicka-Bieda, partner, regional director of Colliers in Kraków
