Germany Medical supplies come to Panattoni Park Lübeck South

Two buildings are to be constructed with a total area of almost 46,000 sqm within the Semiramis industrial park and already 84 pct of the new space has been leased to medical equipment supplier Dräger, which is to use one of the buildings as a new distribution centre. The tenant was represented by Realogis Immobilien Deutschland during the negotiations. Around 6,300 sqm of warehouse space still remains available as well as 530 sqm of offices and social space and a 460 sqm mezzanine. The centre is being built on an 8.2 ha site. The buildings are to be certified under DGNB for a rating of Gold and will feature a 4 MW solar panel installation, rainwater collection for use in the toilets, barrierless entry to the buildings, flower meadows, newly planted trees, nesting boxes and beehives. Construction work is to begin this June with the first earthworks having already begun at the end of March. The project is scheduled to be completed and handed over to the tenant in January 2026
