Germany Panattoni to start building in Nürnberg

The 3.3 ha site at Dieselstraße 55 in Nürnberg was previously used for logistics and production. The development will have a total leasable space of around 22,200 sqm, including 18,990 sqm of logistics space, 1,320 sqm of offices and 1,890 sqm of mezzanine. The complex consists of three units of varying size that can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of various branches. Parking will also be available for 63 passenger vehicles. The development is to be certified under DGNB for a rating of Gold. The site is in the centre of the city with easy access to the A73 motorway.
