WPIP Logistics Park Bydgoszcz is a warehouse and office complex with an area of ​​11,700 sqm. The development was built on ul. Mokra and ul. Chemiczna on a 2.9 ha. The project meets the needs of companies seeking flexible modules combining warehouse, office, and social space.

The general contractor for the project was WPIP Construction, a member of the WPIP Group.

The opening of WPIP Logistics Park Bydgoszcz is a significant milestone for both our company and the city. We are opening a space that will support the development of local companies and create favourable conditions for doing business. This investment was designed with flexibility, accessibility, and long-term growth in mind.
