Poland MLP to extend MLP Business Park Poznań

One of the buildings will comprise an industrial hall of nearly 4,000 sqm with a two-storey office section of 1,400 sqm. The remaining two buildings will each comprise around 3,500 sqm of industrial space with a single-storey office area of around 700 sqm. The project is being developed on a speculative basis with WPIP Construction acting as the general contractor.

MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban logistics project at ul. Wołczyńska 18, 9 km from the centre of the city. Eventually, the centre will total 49,900 sqm gla. Nearby is theJunikowo railway station, while the A2 motorway is just 2.5 km away. The project is primarily designed for e-commerce.
