Poland Połaniec 2 substation under construction

The project involves the construction of the substation building, a 110 kV high-voltage and 15 kV medium-voltage switchgear, transformer stations and power supply systems, as well as 110 kV power lines and connections to the existing 15 kV grid.

The project aims to improve power supply reliability and create conditions for new customers to safely connect, including businesses and municipal infrastructure. The Połaniec 2 station will be equipped with security, and telemechanics systems, enabling remote monitoring of operations and rapid response to network disruptions. The project also incorporates solutions to minimise the investment's environmental impact and raise safety standards, including facility monitoring.
