Poland Portico Marina to be built by Alfa-Bet Polska

The first phase of works will focus on site preparation, utility infrastructure and earthworks. Located just 25 metres from the waterfront, the project will deliver 88 apartments ranging in size from 29 sqm to 168 sqm, with the option to combine units. The development is approximately 37 km from central Warsaw.

The project will also include a private marina with berths for 46 boats, as well as a two-level underground car park. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a year-round indoor swimming pool overlooking the lake, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a fitness area, an on-site café and dedicated children's facilities.

The architectural concept is by Broadway Malyan, with adaptations made by Dziuba Architekci to meet Polish regulations and local requirements.
