HUNGARY The Árkád Örs vezér tere 2 shopping centre in Budapest has been topped off.
The mall, which will offer 20,000 sqm of leasable space on three floors, is due to open in March 2013, after which modernisation work is to start on the Árkád 1 mall, which should be completed by September 2013. Both buildings are to offer a combined retail area of 68,000 sqm with around 200 stores, cafés, restaurants, and other service points as well as more than 1,600 parking spaces.
