The closed-end fund acquired the 43-storey tower, which was completed in 2000, in 2006. Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have been co-exclusively mandated to handle the sale process. The property offers over 45,000 sqm of class ‘A’ office space and currently houses tenants such as KPMG, American Express, Mattel and AXA.
