Żerań Park fills 7,500 sqm

Coca-Cola HBC, which already has offices in the park, has leased 1,400 sqm of warehouse space. Meanwhile automotive supplier Denckermann is to occupy app. 3,000 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office space and move into the park before the end of the year. Additionally, Imtech Polska has leased almost 2,800 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space. The Żerań Park I complex, which is owned by Heitman and facility managed by AIG/Lincoln Polska, consists of four warehouse buildings with a combined area of 54,800 sqm.
