NG2 looks to expand

Around 40 stores are to be opened in Poland with a further 25 in the Czech Republic, 20 in Romania, 25 in Slovakia and 25 in Hungary. NG2 also plans to expand its presence through franchises in Russia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Ukraine and the Baltic States. The company has also announced that it is to close down its Quazi stores (some of which already operate under the Lasocki brand) as well as several Boti outlets. At the end of September NG2 had 713 stores with a retail area of 178,000 sqm with 362 CCC stores in Poland, 57 in the Czech Republic, seven in Slovakia and one in Hungary, five Quazi stores, 30 Lasocki shoe shops, 186 Boti outlets and 65 Boti franchised stores.
