After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.

Jysk is to open a 1,400 sqm store in the BIG Piła retail park, being developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland. Jysk is a home goods store that sells a range of furniture, bedding, decorative items, and garden products.
Work on modernising the Europa Centralna shopping centre has begun in Gliwice. The main part of the centre has been closed for renovation work, while the retail park section is still operating without disruption.
