POLAND Toy and sports equipment distributor Dammar is to lease 540 sqm of warehousing and office space in Centrum Logistyczne Kraków I. Located in Kraków’s Rybitwy district, on ul. Albatrosów, the logistics park is owned by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK).

IKEA to invest EUR 2 bln in Russian malls
RUSSIA IKEA Shopping Centres Russia is set to develop Mega Mytischi, a 215,000 sqm shopping mall in north east suburbs of Moscow. Scheduled to open in early 2018, the project is estimated at EUR 260 mln. The development comes as part of IKEA’s new, 2 EUR bln investment strategy for Russian market.

Car parts supplier leases 1,000 sqm in Segro Żerań park
POLAND Polish car parts importer JDL has leased 900 sqm of warehousing and 100 sqm of office space at Segro Business Park Warsaw in Żerań.
Murapol buys in Katowice
POLAND Bielsko-based developer Murapol is purchasing a land plot in Katowice. The company has signed a preliminary contract for buying a 1.77-ha parcel on ul. Bażantów in Katowice with a net worth of PLN 5 mln.

Swój Dom to develop Osiedle Morena
POLAND Polish development company Swój Dom has started the construction work on the Morena residential estate in Mosina near Poznań. Comprised of four buildings, each housing 16 apartments, the complex will be erected on ul. Jana Cybisa.
Mirbud to build Kaufland headquarters
POLAND Polish construction company Mirbud has signed an over PLN 86 mln contract with Kaufland to construct the German retailer’s Polish headquarters in Wrocław.

Ronson Warsaw residential project kicks-off
POLAND Ronson Development has started the construction work on the two-stage Moko residential estate in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The developer, which already received a legally-binding building permit, has signed a PLN 84.4 contract with the project's general contractor, Hochtief Polska.

Cornerstone laid for Domaniewska Office Hub
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has laid the cornerstone for its Domaniewska Office Hub complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Scheduled to open at the end of Q2 2015 or in early Q3 2015, the two-building complex will offer app. 27,000 sqm of leasable office space.

HB Reavis with permit for Czech shopping centre
CZECH REPUBLIC HB Reavis has received building permit for its Aupark shopping centre in Hradec Králové. Construction work, scheduled to start in October, are set to be completed by the end of 2016.
GTC aims to issue more shares to invest in CEE
CEE REGION Warsaw-listed real estate investor Globe Trade Centre (GTC) is planning to issue 140 mln of new shares. The general meeting of shareholders, when the decision is set to be made, will take place on October 13th, 2014.

Sweden fastener supplier expands in Upper Silesia
POLAND Warsaw-listed P.A. Nova will construct a 7,500 sqm built-to-suit industrial park in Wilkowice, near the city of Bielsko-Biała, for a Sweden-based automotive fastener manufacturer, Bulten.

POLAND Brama Mazur, a shopping centre in Ełk developed by Master Management Group, has opened. The complex is comprised of two independent buildings: a shopping mall and Planet Cinema, which is set to open two weeks after the launch of the mall.
