CROATIA Croatian Ministry of Environment has leased app. 9,400 sqm of office space and 100 parking spaces in Zagreb Tower, a 25,000 sqm office building in Croatia’s capital. As a result the building, in which CA Immo holds a 65 pct share, is now leased in nearly 100 pct.

Strabag to build EUR 40 mln bypass in northern Poland
