Nestlé sells Nupaky warehouse
CZECH REPUBLIC Nestlé Česko has sold its 6,500 sqm site with 2,500 sqm built-up area in Nupaky near Prague. Comprised of office and warehouse space, the property was bought by Levné potraviny.

Orco to get less for Złota
POLAND Orco Property Group has informed that its earnings from the sale of the Złota 44 luxury apartment building in Warsaw to BBI Development and the US fund Amstar Global Partners will be in fact EUR 13 mln lower due to the claims made by the building’s general contractor, Inso.

POLAND E-commerce software provider WebInterpret has leased over 2,000 sqm in Gdański Business Center I in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company is to take up the space situated on the seventh floor of the project’s Building A in the second quarter of 2015.
